Educational Resources
At MYRIAD, we hope to encourage young people to adopt a scientific approach to viewing mental health and wellbeing.
To support this endeavour, we have developed a suite of educational resources for young people, teachers, educational professionals and science communication specialists. They draw on both neuroscience and the psychological sciences and encourage young people to view wellbeing through a scientific lens. They aim to generate curiosity and excitement amongst young people to understand the role that science can play in helping them understand themselves and others around them.
The following resources are available:
MYPAD: MYRIAD Young People’s Analysis of Data (MYPAD) is a package of resources designed to help young people learn about research methods and provide the opportunity to analyse real data.
The Teenage Brain: Resources to help inspire an interest in science and the inner workings of the adolescent brain.
