The Do-Nothing Campaign
Drawing on the exploration of young people’s experiences of mindfulness, undertaken in parallel to the MYRIAD research project, the team launched the Do Nothing campaign on World Mental Health Day 2020.
We have worked with a group of young people from schools that took part in the trial to make a film that provides their perspective on mental health and the role of schools. All films can now be seen on the Do-Nothing website, as well as dedicated mental health and mindfulness resources for young people.
The Do-Nothing campaign aims to encourage young people to find out more about what they can do regarding their mental health.
